Picked by hand in the salt marshes close to the Atlantic between Safi and El Jadida, the Oualidia Fleur de sel forms on the surface of the water only in the morning and evening on hot summer days. Made up of small immaculate white crystals, it retains a certain humidity which makes it so special.

Without chemical treatments or additives, this pure Moroccan local product is naturally rich in magnesium and trace elements unlike ordinary table salt (extracted from mines or quarries) which is completely devoid of any nutrients.
